We have equipped each apartment with ENERGY STAR appliances to keep electric costs down and our environment healthy. Each unit includes refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, and your own washer and dryer inside the apartment!

Our apartments are made for comfort. Lower units have a lofted 9-foot ceiling while upper units offer cathedral ceilings. Each building was designed to reduce noise between upper and lower apartments, and private entrances for each unit allow you to enjoy your own private space.

Garage included!

All apartment units are provided with a one-car garage space, with remote opener and keypad. Windsor and Kensington apartments have the option to upgrade to a two-car garage.

Enjoy our clubhouse, heated swimming pool and fitness center. The clubhouse features a large plasma television and lounge, billiards, and a fully-equipped kitchen, while the 24-7 fitness center features new weight machines, treadmills, and ellipticals.
